Privacy Policy

What We Collect

Account information (email address, and name and profile photo if you sign in with Google or Apple); the audio you dictate, translate or record in notes and meetings, and the text produced from it; the notes, dictionary words, snippets and settings you save; basic usage data (active transcription time, feature use) needed for billing and to improve the Service; and, only if you connect your calendar, the calendar event details you allow us to read.

How We Use It

To provide the transcription and translation Service; to authenticate your account and enforce your plan's usage limits; to communicate with you about your account or the Service; to improve accuracy and reliability of the Service.

Audio and Transcript Retention

Every recording made with VoizHub is saved in our private cloud storage, and a copy stays on your device. We keep recordings permanently so that we can check and improve the accuracy of the Service, and we do not delete them, including when you delete your account. Recordings are never public: only our service accounts can read them. Transcripts and notes you save stay in your account until you delete them.

Third-Party Services

VoizHub uses Supabase for account sign-in and data storage; Google Cloud for storage and for the speech and text processing that produces your transcripts and translations; Google or Apple when you choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple; Google Calendar if you connect it; and Google for sending note-sharing invitation emails. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled cloud storage) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can view, correct or delete your saved notes and settings inside the app, or by emailing hello@voizhub.app. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved notes; archived recordings are kept as described under Audio and Transcript Retention.

Children's Privacy

VoizHub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
